Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to join our R&D team. This role will oversee the technical program management function, ensuring successful program execution, and process improvement to various organizations. It will support operational business rhythms, department processes, team project management, staffing, and budget planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Drive development of core hardware products and platforms for next-generation.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead to resolve highly visible datacenter level issues at our production sites and at our partners' datacenter sites.

* Develop and execute end-to-end program plans, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of programs.

* Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

* Implement effective escalation protocols and schedule recovery efforts, including stakeholder communications, resource allocation, and mitigation strategy.

* Articulate technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of the team.

* Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.

* Ensure what we build has the right balance of cost versus benefit, focusing on addressing highest priority partner team and customer needs.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

* 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on hardware product development.

* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex hardware products to the market.

* Proven understanding of hardware development processes and best practices, with experience in collaborating effectively with hardware teams.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
