Adobe Delivery Program Manager
Summary

We are seeking an Adobe Delivery Program Manager to lead client-facing initiatives that drive Adobe Experience Cloud solution implementations.  Working at multiple levels with the Adobe Global Services and Field Sales team (as well as with a variety of key customers and partners), this strategic role will manage all aspects of project planning including project scope/definition, timeline measurement, and resource allocation.  The Adobe Delivery Program Mana will collaborate closely with the Adobe Delivery Team on managing the hands-on technical implementation process.  This Project Manager will directly impact the revenue generated with Adobe customers, collaborating as needed to maintain as positive a customer experience as possible.  A critical component to this success in this role is the ability to multitask, maintain proactive and efficient communication, escalate critical issues, and provide answers to Adobe customers.
Responsibilities

  • Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements that may involve multiple project teams from Adobe and customer organizations.
  • Understand and clearly communicate customer requirements and integration points in the context of the Statement of Work.
  • Oversee the project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs.
  • Manage all day-to-day administrative activities for a given project, from inception to closure.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with both the customer and internal teams, managing customer expectations constantly.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction by successfully delivering the defined project scope.
  • Compile customer requests and deployment issues to provide feedback on our core products.
  • Act as the central client point of contact throughout the life of the project.
  • Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortems, feeding lessons learned, best practices, and resources back into the consulting practice.
  • Provide oversight for service engagements to ensure adherence to governance standards and support customer success.
  • Coordinate escalations across Adobe including Sales, Services, and Product organizations.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and capitalize on “add-on” sales opportunities across projects.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must have experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (preferably AEM, AEP).
  • Experience as a project manager including delivering enterprise-scale Web applications or analytics implementations.
  • Experience in client-facing project management; must have consulting experience.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Professional demeanor; ability to interact with and lead diverse teams throughout Adobe, as well as communicating with client managers, directors, and VPs including CMOs and CXOs.
  • Superb organizational skills; must be able to coordinate complicated projects.
  • Exceptional team-building and team-management skills with proven success managing virtual teams.
  • Prior experience launching and operating a highly-available, high-traffic Internet or mobile service.
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes and to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.
  • Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage in an environment of ambiguity with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and generate opportunities for repeat business.
  • Must be able to travel up to 60%.

Preferred

  • Practical experience managing Agile development projects.
  • One of the following certifications: Project Management Professional, Agile Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront.
