Job description

NOVA-Dine is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Defense Enclave Services DODNet Migration Execution Services program. The successful candidate will provide leadership, planning, coordination, risk management, schedule oversight, and stakeholder communication for large-scale migration activities supporting the Department of Defense's Fourth Estate modernization initiative. The effort involves migration of network and SIPR endpoint environments across numerous geographically dispersed DAFA organizations. The Project Manager will work closely with program leadership, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, migration teams, and government stakeholders to ensure successful execution of migration activities and operational transition milestones. Responsibilities: * Lead project planning and execution activities supporting assigned migration initiatives.
* Develop and maintain schedules, action item trackers, risk registries, and status reporting.
* Coordinate migration workstreams across engineering, cybersecurity, deployment, and operational teams.
* Support Integrated Master Schedule activities and milestone tracking.
* Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
* Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
* Coordinate Operational Review Board activities and transition milestones.
* Assist with migration dashboards, service reports, and executive communications.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements and program objectives.
* Support migration planning, testing, sustainment transition, and closeout activities.

* Familiarity with RMF, ITSM, and operational transition activities.
