As a visionary leader, you’ll design and execute strategic deployment methodologies, scale operations efficiently, and foster a culture of excellence, adaptability, and deep financial and IES product expertise. Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Consultants, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices for IES deployment, accelerated Time-to-Value, immediate Feature Adoption, and client satisfaction. 
  • Drive successful and timely go-lives by developing scalable deployment strategies, optimizing the system configuration and data migration lifecycle, and improving implementation quality metrics for complex mid-market businesses. 
  • Design, implement, and manage the operational frameworks used to continuously track and optimize team performance, including a strategic focus on Productivity, Delivery Excellence, and Strategic Impact. 
  • Strategically prepare the team to pivot and absorb new deployment requirements driven by product evolution and company strategy.
  • Act as a strategic partner between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from contract-close through technical go-live and frictionless handover, with a specific focus on ensuring post-implementation feature use and account health. 
  • Advocate for client needs and process improvements, providing deep, data-driven insights to Product and Engineering teams to influence future IES enhancements. 
  • Oversee high-priority deployment risks and project escalations, ensuring quick resolution that preserves project timelines and long-term client satisfaction and confidence. 
  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the sharing of advanced accounting principles and IES product knowledge within the Implementation organization.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical implementation leadership or professional services management, with a strong focus on complex mid-market B2B financial software or comprehensive ERP/SaaS solutions. 
  • Demonstrated deep functional expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and data migration, with a preference for direct experience with IES or a comparable accounting/ERP suite. 
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams, while managing teams through organizational and product changes in a solution deployment-centric environment. 
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of multi-entity accounting principles and financial reporting. 
  • Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA) or equivalent advanced accounting certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in strategic deployment planning, methodology development, and leading large-scale change management initiatives. 
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Ability to leverage analytics and performance metrics (CSAT, TTV, Adoption, etc.) to make strategic decisions.
  • A passion for technical excellence, solution architecture, and building long-lasting client relationships in the mid-market space.
