The Principal, Technical Program Manager delivers analytical insights and leads complex, large-scale programs by defining goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end technology solutions. This role requires expertise in program planning, data analytics,  and technical design to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes. The position involves coordinating multiple teams, resolving ambiguities, and optimizing workflows while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will proactively identify improvements, mentor team members, and deliver measurable results by aligning program objectives with business priorities and technology strategies in a dynamic environment.

This team expertly manages complex dependencies and delivers strategic technology solutions aligned with business goals. Members utilize advanced program and risk management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to achieve measurable results. Emphasizing clear communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the team supports scalable, high-quality technology initiatives.   • Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technology solutions, resolving ambiguities and driving clarity in strategy and execution.
  • Perform analytics across multiple system to drive insights and actionable solutions for improved performance. 
  • Communicate progress and risks effectively to executive stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision-making.

  • Proven experience driving analytics and insights from disperate data sources.
