Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Delivery Leads / Technical Program Managers with a strong background in the Restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidates will lead large-scale technology initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation programs across restaurant operations, POS, online ordering, loyalty, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with business, product, engineering, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive leadership.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and delivery processes.
  • Support production deployments and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Mentor project teams and promote continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Delivery Management.
  • Strong experience managing large enterprise software development and integration projects.
  • Proven experience in Restaurant/QSR domain is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects involving:
