Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Salesforce

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite: every week)

Duration: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive enterprise technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery, stakeholder management, and Agile execution, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. Salesforce knowledge is preferred, and exposure to AI-related initiatives is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define program goals, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
  • Drive Agile delivery processes, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful program execution.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Monitor program health, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while providing regular executive-level updates.
  • Create concise, impactful executive presentations and status decks for leadership reviews and decision-making.
  • Support planning, prioritization, and governance activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, project governance standards, and delivery best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale programs.
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery and execution.
  • PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
  • Experience working closely with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create executive-ready presentations and communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
