The Role

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, PyTorch) and TypeScript with React, with the ability to build and scale robust full-stack applications.
- Rising senior or master's student in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated scrappiness (startup, hackathon, or side-project experience).
- Experience with low/no-code automation platforms and internal tool development.
- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and RAG systems, including vector embeddings, semantic search, chunking strategies, and retrieval optimization
- Analytical mind-set; able to quantify impact and iterate fast.
- Highly organized, action-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
