Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Cloud Delivery Lead with a strong development background to lead enterprise cloud initiatives and support AWS infrastructure, automation, and platform performance. This role will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud-based solutions while driving Agile execution and program governance.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and data platform initiatives.
  • Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress and manage delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management tools.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering teams, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide clear communication and status reporting to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure
  • Lead support for AWS infrastructure, networking, automation, and platform performance.
  • Architect enterprise cloud solutions that balance security, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Guide development teams on AWS best practices and architectural patterns.
  • Work with microservices-based architectures and modern cloud platforms.
Technical Leadership
