FORVIA is looking for a year-round Program Management Intern for its headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The main missions of the role are:
  • Analyze, maintain, and update Program Dashboard data and KPIs.
  • Support to prepare budget and forecast for Programs scope
  • Support on the implementation of new tool Pulse for Programs in North America
  • Support Program Manager during Prototype builds and Pre- series build events
    • Order material to support build and deliveries
    • Track PO / Invoices and profitability
    • Understand internal cost structure
  • Support management of change request from assessment process to cost impact
  • Assist with tracking documents as needed
  • Working on various projects as assigned

Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Must be pursing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or related field.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Spanish language prefered
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia's Code of Ethics and Code of Management
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
