Upon completion of the rotational program,youwill be placed into akey commercial role.Roles include, butare notlimitedto: BusinessDevelopment Manager, Area SalesManager, Sales Enablement Manager.

This position requiresapproximately25-50%travel butis subject to change depending onthe individualprogram rotation path.

This role can be based out of either our Milwaukee, WI or Downers Grove, IL offices.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degreein business, engineering, or similar discipline.

  • Priorprofessionalexperiencerequired. Experience in the plumbing & mechanical, or construction industry is a plus

  • Interest in technical sales, solution selling, or commercial leadership

  • Highly motivated,disciplinedand organized.

  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships.

  • Solution-oriented mindset.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.

  • Ability to travel for extended periods

The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.

Salary Range: $63,448 - $82,482
