Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Delivery Manager to lead new team to join our team! In this role you will get to oversees end-to-end execution of complex projects and initiatives for new team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead new team, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Lead new team, cross-functional coordination, and delivery accountability.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones; leading cross functional teams of government and contractor personnel

  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Provie executive-level reporting on project status.

  • Establish governance frameworks, coordinates resource allocation across multiple projects, and ensures projects follows established methodologies while implementing process improvements based on lessons learned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Strategic Intelligence or related discipline and 18 years of relevant experience or Masters Degree with 15 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule, financial data monitoring, and control of funds using EVM.

  • Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the FAR.

  • Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.

  • Plans and leads major technology assignments.

  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.

  • Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are.

  • Ability to provide sound advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff.

  • Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, to the technical team, management, and the customer, the status of work, progress, plans, and potential problems and viable solutions in a timely and transparent manner.

  • Experience in writing and documenting organizational conflicts of interest and mitigating them.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.
