An innovative space technology company is seeking a Director of Test Site Operations to lead and scale a high-performance propulsion test facility supporting engine development through to high-cadence production testing.

This is a critical leadership role with full ownership of test infrastructure, site operations, and technical execution. You will play a key part in building and operating a world-class test environment within a fast-paced, mission-driven organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a critical test facility and play a key role in scaling advanced propulsion capabilities within a high-growth environment.
