Program AdministratorOverview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Program Administrator to support operational programs, project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communications across multiple locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring program activities run efficiently by managing reporting processes, maintaining documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting operational governance activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at managing competing priorities, and has experience supporting program or project operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination
  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities across multiple operational sites.
  • Serve as a central communication and coordination resource for stakeholders.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings, reviews, and follow-up activities.
  • Support established escalation processes and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist program leadership with planning, tracking, and execution activities.
Reporting & Metrics
  • Collect, validate, and organize operational data from approved systems and tools.
  • Prepare recurring program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives.
  • Maintain reporting templates and data repositories.
