The IT Delivery Manager - Channel, Experience & Portfolio (CEP)will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Delta's digital experience projects. We need an accomplished digital solutions delivery leader to drive new capabilities through our Omnichannel value streams (B2B2C, D2C and B2B). We're looking for a leader who will lead the digital portfolio and collaborate with our technical teams and business partners, ensuring the delivery of outstanding solutions and products that meet market demands and partner requirements. This opportunity provides an exciting mix of technical and traditional challenges along with projects that are groundbreaking in the capabilities they will enable. Ideal candidates will blend their knowledge of technology/systems, analytical skills, and trends in digital customer experience to deliver capabilities that build the most value.
Responsibilities
  • Champion collaborations across all relevant business functions (Marketing, Revenue Management, eCommerce & Sales Operations, Customer Service and Analytics).
  • Advise and develop experienced cross-functional teams with high business and technical savvy
  • Collaborate on a technology roadmap that will drive Delta market leadership in all aspects of the digital domain compared to our competitors
  • Lead the Digital portfolio of projects, driving transformation and new capabilities throughout the value stream.
  • Support Project leads through resource planning, technical sequencing, risk, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate across value streams and fusion teams to deliver on the roadmap as well as unplanned opportunities
  • Guide the organization through process change and adoption of technology
  • Lead as well as support the value stream, including product owners, functional and technical resources, outsourced vendor teams, and augmented talent teams
  • Manage external resources, including contracting, performance, and evaluations
  • Develop and manage the value stream budget as well as reporting on qualitative and quantitative results
  • Lead all aspects of stakeholder/customer/vendor relations to ensure that service expectations are met or exceeded

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field
  • 8+ years of experience delivering technology solutions in Sales, Marketing, Service and IT functions
  • Proven experience leading and developing cross-functional talent
  • Proven experience with various delivery methodologies, including waterfall and agile, as well as team frameworks, including value streams, PODS, or fusion teams.
  • Demonstrated success leading problem-solving activities, including design thinking, journey-mapping, and solutions design
  • Experience working with and delivering capabilities in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Genesys, ordering including B2C and B2B Commerce as well as SAP Order to Cash, web development and content management, as well as knowledge of Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud and/or other enterprise-level technology solutions in the digital experience domain.
  • Experience delivering generative AI across varying toolsets to increase efficiencies while maintaining brand, privacy and governance standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Budget management and financial forecasting experience
  • Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills (PMP or Scrum certification desired)
  • Able to work on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Industry certifications are a plus
