Job description

Position Summary and Job Duties The program is currently open to candidates that are interested in part time or full-time employment. Per diem (flex) is not available. Students will complete the Certified Nursing Assistant course at an approved Technical College through tuition assistance, paid by Rock Haven.

Through an employment arrangement student will be guaranteed employment with Rock Haven upon successful passing of the course/exam. 100% - Successful completion of the C.N.A. course and exam through approved Technical College -Completion of HPPA and Blood Borne Pathogens training -Successful background check -Attend required course classroom and clinical hours -Successfully test and pass required knowledge and skills exam to receive current certification -Completion of necessary paperwork for both Rock County and technical college to complete the employment arrangement set forth by this opportunity Success Factors (KSA's) -Shows respect for teachers, students, and collateral contacts by accepting assignments willingly

-Has a customer service attitude. Uses a kind and gentle approach with people while maintaining their dignity and respecting their privacy. -Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Reports to class/clinicals as scheduled and on time. -Follows the required dress code. -Organizes and completes assignments in a timely manner.

Job Requirements, Education, Training & Experience -Completion of the approved hour nursing assistant course.
