Job Summary:
JPMorganChase is a leading financial services firm dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. As a Technical Project Manager III in Consumer & Community Banking, you will lead complex technology projects that promote business objectives and enhance client value, while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring project alignment.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned applications, bridging Marketing, Technology, Compliance, and vendor teams
• Drive continuous improvements to applications ranging from access controls and user experience to security enhancements
• Manage software and patch upgrade planning and implementation via ServiceNow requests
• Assist in application troubleshooting with third-party vendors and internal teams, addressing compliance and technology issues as needed
• Work closely with Risk Control teams for break remediation planning and Software Development Lifecycle controls
• Ensure adherence to IT control processes around Risk and Compliance throughout the application lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (business and technology teams) and third-party vendors
• Develop expertise with JIRA Kanban boards and agile project management practices
• Identify opportunities within existing practices and question assumptions to drive improvements
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
• Cloud hosting technology experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with SaaS or On-Premise based platforms
• Exposure to design and implementation of cloud-based marketing domain solutions
• System/Data Integration experience with cloud-based solutions
• Identity and Access Management requirements and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Agile project management experience, including use of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Git
• Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to deliver results
• Familiarity with IT control processes around Risk and Compliance
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle controls
Preferred:
• Experience with Firewalls and submitting requests via ACM (Application Connectivity Manager)
• Knowledge of IP addressing and subnetting
• Experience with static and dynamic code scanning tools and technologies
• Knowledge of ethical hack/penetration testing tools and technologies and familiarity with Open Source scanning tools
• JIRA subject matter expertise
