Job Title: Production Manager - Bakery Operations

Position Overview: The Production Manager oversees daily kitchen operations to ensure the seamless, high-quality manufacturing of our complete line of baked goods. This role bridges production and finishing teams while driving operational efficiency, safety, and product consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Manage and support Bakery Associates in daily tasks, fostering a culture of clear communication, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Operations & Inventory Management: Enforce company standards for recipes, production processes, inventory control, and raw ingredient ordering.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the production and finishing teams to streamline workflow and maintain quality control.
  • Facility Standards: Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, cleanliness, and safety guidelines across all work areas.
  • General Operations: Perform additional operational duties as needed to support business priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of cake mixing, baking, and decorating/finishing techniques.
  • Organizational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
