Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking a Technical Product Manager II with 3–5 years of experience to support the Cool Compliance platform. This role bridges business and technology by translating compliance, audit, SOX, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with Agile product ownership, enterprise application support, compliance systems, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, compliance risk, and technical priorities.

· Translate business, audit, SOX, and IAM requirements into user stories and technical specifications.

· Partner with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and support teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

· Support production issues, troubleshoot workflows, integrations, access problems, and application defects.

· Validate system enhancements, testing, release readiness, and production deployments.

· Analyze data flows, reporting, integrations, and application performance.

· Develop technical documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.

· Drive continuous improvement using metrics, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

Required Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager.

· Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and sprint planning.

· Strong understanding of enterprise applications, compliance, IAM, SOX, and production support.

· Experience with Oracle databases, .NET applications, and technical troubleshooting.

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
