As a member of the Rail Flaw Detection (RFD) Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, compliance, and technical performance of the RFD fleet and associated inspection systems. This role serves as the primary owner of fleet health and uptime while providing advanced technical support for specialized rail inspection equipment and onboard technologies. You will act as the technical bridge between Operations, Engineering, Aftermarket Services, and customers to resolve equipment issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance overall fleet performance. Required Education & Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Fleet Management, Railroad Operations, or a related technical field preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in fleet operations, maintenance management, railroad operations, non-destructive testing (NDT), or a related technical environment.
Experience managing preventive maintenance programs and coordinating equipment repairs and inspections.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, computer, and network systems.
Experience analyzing operational or maintenance data to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
