Job Summary: We are seeking dependable, highly organized Customer Support & Operations Assistants supporting New York State DMV locations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, managing electronic queuing systems, conducting/grading vision exams, assisting with automated kiosks, capturing driver’s license photos, and proctoring tests.


Key Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Prior administrative, clerical, or customer service experience with a NYS Agency or local municipality.
  • Experience handling high-volume face-to-face interactions, queue management systems, or fast-paced retail/service environments.
  • Basic tech literacy to operate photo equipment, proctor testing software, and enter data accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor under high-volume conditions.
  • Reliability to commit to Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM shift hours.
  • Ability to pass a background check upon job offer.
