Technical Onboarding Lead
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
A senior resource accountable for end-to-end technical activation, including:
- Connectivity (VDI, SSO, network readiness).
- System access across CXone, Salesforce, and Azure environments.
- Integration validation (CTI, APIs, data flows).
- Identification and resolution of cross-system dependencies.
- Ownership of technical readiness sign-off prior to go-live.
Key Deliverables Expected:
- Technical onboarding plan (connectivity, access, integrations).
- End-to-end readiness validation (including call simulations and CRM/CTI testing).
- Clear technical go-live certification with defined pass/fail criteria.
- Updated documented, repeatable onboarding framework (the playbook) for future BPO activations.
- Given the complexity of our environment, it is critical that the resource has strong experience across contact center platforms, Salesforce integration, and enterprise security/network requirements.
- This cannot be a PM-led effort with junior engineering support rather I’m seeking experienced, hands-on technical leadership.
