Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira or Trello), version control systems (such as Git), and certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum are highly valued. How does a Technical Lead Project Manager balance hands-on technical work with project management responsibilities?

A Technical Lead Project Manager typically strikes a balance by allocating time for both direct technical involvement and managerial tasks. This dual role requires strong time management and delegation skills, as well as the ability to switch between strategic oversight and technical problem-solving. Regular check-ins with both developers and business partners help ensure project goals are met without sacrificing technical quality.
