Infrastructure project management skills, software project management skills, Experience in working with various teams in IT viz. DBA team, Server Team, Netgwork Team, Information security team, QA team, BSA team, DEV team, etc.
Skills in managing information security compliance projects preferably in Operating System Patching in AIX, Oracle Linux, RHEL & Windows
Major Incident Management using Servicenow or any other such tool
Deployment management using HP PPM Kintana or any other tool
Database refresh management,
Production cutover management,
dev, SIT, UAT, Data Migration, Dress Rehearsal, environment preparation & cutover management,
Change management using ServiceNow,
Incident Management using ServiceNow,
experience in infrastructure project management interacting with DBA team, Server team, OS administration team,
experience in Production support management,
