Job description

CPMC is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of project management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure and application projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:
  • Lead and manage multiple projects ensuring the project goals are delivered on time within the scope and budget
  • Develop and maintain key project documentation including project charters, schedules, budgets, status slides, and communication plans
  • Communicate project progress and issues to project team, stakeholders and senior management
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Coordinate subcontractors and department teams for seamless execution of project tasks
  • Perform risk management and identity mitigation steps to minimize project risks
  • Lead/facilitate project meetings and capture meetings minutes for distribution and tracking
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with limited supervision
  • It's important to note that the projects can vary, including hardware refresh initiatives, data integrations across multiple systems, new application deployment, etc.
