Job description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Air Force project in Ohio. You will provide Executive project delivery leadership and serve as the liaison, support design and construction management activities, coordinate stakeholder communication and change management efforts, oversee occupancy planning, vendor integration, and escort coordination, and ensure mission continuity throughout project execution.

This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support design and construction management activities.
  • Develop budget request document.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and change management efforts.
  • Coordinate occupancy planning and process modernization initiatives.
  • Oversee vendor integration and escort coordination.
  • Ensure timely completion of budget document and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain mission continuity during coordination and escort activities.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience supporting SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) projects in compliance with ICD 705.
  • PMP certification and Primavera expertise.
  • Eligible for TS/SCI and SAP access as required.
  • Has desirable experience with secure-facility MILCON project.
