Job Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager - Digital Communications Retention to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in voice infrastructure, e-communications capture, data retention, and regulatory SaaS technologies and a proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs that deliver compliant communication capture, retention, and supervision at enterprise scale. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program management for e-communications retention initiatives aligned with regulatory and business requirements. Partner with engineering, compliance, risk, legal, operations, and vendors to deliver predictable execution across multiple workstreams. Define program scope, success metrics, milestones, and governance; maintain documentation, roadmaps, and status reporting. Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Oversee integrations, migrations, and enhancements for voice recording, archive systems, supervision tools, and compliance platforms. Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; drive mitigation and timely escalation. Ensure communication retention controls meet enterprise standards and financial-industry regulations. Facilitate communication across teams, including executive presentations, written summaries, and structured program materials. Track and report progress using standardized project and program management methodologies. Drive lifecycle management of voice and e-communications platforms, including EOL planning, upgrades, and remediation of obsolete components. Coordinate security vulnerability assessments, patch planning, and risk remediation within enterprise standards. Establish and maintain lifecycle governance for retention technologies, including versioning, patch cycles, deprecation, and architectural alignment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of enterprise program or project management experience in technology or compliance domains. Strong technical understanding of voice recording systems, e-communication capture, and data retention and archiving technologies. Demonstrated ability to produce structured program documentation and executive-ready communications. Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven effectiveness in matrixed environments driving outcomes across multiple teams. Experience managing vendors and coordinating multi-party delivery. Voice infrastructure expertise. Onsite presence required. Preferred Skills: Experience in financial services and familiarity with regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of surveillance or supervision tools and compliance workflows.
