Project Manager - Implementation Project Team

The Project Manager, Implementation Project Team will support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities, working closely with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage implementation process solutions of all levels of complexity and ensure adherence to client requirements and expectations.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate staff and activities for implementation and reโ€‘installation of new and existing clients as well as special project requests.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project updates, meeting notes, and agendas.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring an excellent experience with implementations and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track and execute postโ€‘implementation season improvements and initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of new and renewing client implementation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and complete documentation using project management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines, and provide feedback on potential process enhancements.
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders to provide updates and escalation of issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3โ€‘5 years of project management experience, with clientโ€‘facing experience highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and timeโ€‘management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to effectively lead meetings.
  • Comfortable working with crossโ€‘functional teams and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with supervision.
