Job description

Project Coordinator, Implementation Project Team

The Project Coordinator, Implementation Project Team will support the implementation and coordination of student health insurance plans for colleges and universities, working closely with internal teams and school administrators to ensure successful plan launches and renewals. The Project Coordinator manages project timelines, maintains documentation, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and ensures a smooth implementation experience for schools and students.

RSC Education will rely on this individual to be organized, a strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, client focused environment.

Your Impact

  • Assist Project Managers on large client projects by helping prepare project documentation, including project updates, meeting notes and agendas.
  • Assist with tracking and executing post-implementation season improvements and initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of renewing client implementation projects, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates and complete documentation using project management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and timelines.
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders to provide updates and escalate issues as needed.

Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Student Health Insurance experience is a plus.
