Job description

Supports continuous improvement efforts across manufacturing, engineering and product development by identifying and implementing processes, material, and procedural enhancements. Leads and supports projects and commercialization activities, using data-driven problem solving to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

  • Ensure a safe work environment by supporting compliance with government regulations and corporate policies; lead design safety reviews as needed
  • Support manufacturing, engineering, and product development processes by improving equipment, systems, and designs to meet sanitary standards and business requirements
  • Provide technical leadership to resolve quality issues, reduce variability, and implement process controls using data-driven analysis
  • Support daily manufacturing operations by partnering with production, engineering, and technical teams to troubleshoot equipment, quality, and productivity challenges
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost
  • Apply and promote statistical process control and analytical techniques to improve performance
  • Lead or support projects including process improvements, validations, quality initiatives, and commercialization efforts
  • Support development and continuous improvement of manufacturing and raw material specifications
  • Partner with Quality and Purchasing to resolve supplier-related issues and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain and utilize systems (e.g., Infinity QS) to drive process control, quality, and operator effectiveness
  • Analyze production and quality data to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste
