โ€ข Direct the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), cloud migrations, or system upgrades from blueprint through launch.
โ€ข Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define project scope, mitigate technical blockers, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
โ€ข Manage project schedules and dependencies using project tracking software such as Jira
Financial & Commercial Oversight
โ€ข Budget Development: Create and manage baseline project budgets, allocating costs across labor, software, and vendor contracts.
โ€ข Financial Forecasting: Track cash flow, provide detailed project cost forecasts, and report on accruals.
