Our platform is built to accommodate operators from independent restaurateurs to regional and national chains.


Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to lead our clients through a successful onboarding journey. This is a critical client-facing role responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and execution to client training and go-live. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of software implementation best practices, excellent project management skills, and a passion for helping others succeed with technology.


Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding them through a seamless transition.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they fully understand and can utilize our platform's features.
  • Technical Configuration: Work with clients to configure and set up the software to meet their specific business needs and workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless client experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks during the implementation process.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help improve the software and the overall implementation process.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in complex software implementation, professional services, or a similar project management role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts, restaurants) and the technology that supports it is highly preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., GuideCX, Monday, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be within commuting distance to Farmers Branch, TX and able to work in office at least 4 days per week.
