Job description

Solstice Consulting group is seeking a contract (6 months approx) to perm Senior Technical Recruiter for our engineering client based in Fort Worth, Texas.

This role is based in the office located in Fort Worth.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt technical openings (Engineering, R&D, Operations)
  • Actively source resumes and help assess candidates
  • Screen candidates by phone, video or in person
  • Write job descriptions and post them internally and externally
  • Schedule candidate interviews with department managers, staff, human resources and senior leaders
  • Maintain interview and hiring records
  • Prepare hiring paperwork and information packets
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees
  • Work with human resources and other departments for new hire training and orientation
  • Complete human resources projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years related experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
  • Experience in technical engineering and related roles required
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR matters
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
