Job description

We are looking for a talented Technical Trainer Instructor - Senior to join our team specializing in Service in McDonough-Atlanta, GA.  

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Forecast training demand and develop targeted training plans that align with evolving business needs and service priorities.
  • Deliver high-quality technical training and hands-on support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems, and tools.
  • Build and maintain deep technical expertise through train-the-trainer sessions and continuous learning.
  • Keep training materials current, accurate, and aligned with new products, processes, and technologies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback and field performance data to drive measurable improvements.
  • Support and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality and service capability.
  • Maintain accurate technical training records and report service capability metrics to support workforce planning and compliance.
  • Customize and adapt technical training programs and presentations to meet regional, audience-specific, and operational requirements.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience on Cummins Engines
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
  • Must be self-disciplined

  • Continuously invest in self-development to strengthen technical expertise, instructional skills, and facilitation effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate situational adaptability by adjusting training approach, pace, and style in real time to maximize learner engagement and retention.


Education, Licenses, Certifications:  

  • College, university or equivalent technical experience required.  
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.  
     

Experience:  

  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
