About the Job:
As a Welder, you will play a key role in producing top-quality products through MIG welding and fabrication. You’ll operate a variety of welding equipment, read and interpret blueprints, contribute to our fabrication department, and assist with product movement by operating forklifts. Your work will ensure that every product meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG welding on various materials, ensuring proper setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment. 
  • Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to achieve precise welds and fabrications. 
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members to prioritize and complete tasks according to project deadlines. 
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines and protocols. 
Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of welding experience, preferably in a construction or manufacturing setting. 
  • Skills: Proficiency in MIG welding and fabrication techniques. 
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Certification/Training: 2-year Vo-tech welding certification or equivalent hands-on experience. 
  • Knowledge & Abilities: 
    • Strong blueprint reading and technical drawing interpretation skills. 
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality.
