We're looking for a Software Development Manager with an owner mindset, bias for action, and the ability to dive deep and deliver results. You will lead a team of truly innovative engineers, deliver features to customers around the globe, drive our development process, and be a key influencer in the AWS AppSync roadmap.

The AppSync team owns and operates AWS AppSync, a fully managed, serverless service for building GraphQL and Pub/Sub APIs that securely connect applications to data and events at scale

Developers use AppSync to bring together data from sources like Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and HTTP endpoints behind a single API endpoint, and to deliver real-time updates to connected clients through managed WebSocket subscriptions. These are core architectural components for many customers running on AWS.
