We're looking for a QA Lab Technician/Data Administrator to support quality and compliance activities in our aerospace manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring technical documentation is accurate, controlled, and available to support production while helping maintain compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a documentation-intensive environment. Success in this role requires the ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure critical technical documentation remains compliant, controlled, and audit ready.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience maintaining records, documentation, databases, or administrative systems
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Access
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with quality, engineering, and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in document control, records management, technical data administration, or office administration
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or regulated business processes
  • Background in manufacturing, aerospace, quality assurance, engineering, legal, healthcare, government, or other documentation-driven environments
  • Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, FAA, or other regulated quality management systems
  • Experience working with engineering teams and senior leadership

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
