Job description

Position Summary Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Data Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB HBI). The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This is a full time position located at Tinker AFB, OK. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to: * Assist with preparation of TCTOs to support configuration changes and inspections for Government Equipment Specialist approval * Assist in the completion of supporting documents to include Form 873, TCTO Requirement; Form 874, TCTO Supply Data Requirements; and Form 875, TCTO Programming Document; and coordination sheet * Support execution of configuration control board directives by partnering with the technical content managers to manage the publication and distribution of technical order changes * Assist the program offices in planning and executing transition to a digital technical order system * Support establishment, coordination, documentation and justification of TO data requirements * Develop methods, plans, and feedback (control) requirements to meet objectives for TO management * Review, recommend changes to specifications and regulations, draft new specifications and regulations, and support accomplishment of assigned projects and other such technical order related assignments * Review, on a daily basis, a variety of TO database products and correct data as necessary * Track TO system for program change requests; advise Government if further action is required Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Must have an be able to maintain an Active Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five of which must be in the DoD, OR * * 15 years of directly related experience, eight of which must be in the DoD Technical Skills * Technical Order Management (TOMA/TODA) * Technical Data Management and Technical Order (TO) lifecycle support * Technical Order Change Technical Orders (TCTOs) * Configuration Management and Configuration Control Board (CCB) support * Technical documentation development and change management * Air Force Forms 873, 874, and 875 preparation and coordination * Logistics support for DoD weapon systems * Digital Technical Order (DTO) implementation and transition support * Knowledge of Air Force technical order regulations and governing guidance * Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Agile collaboration tools Interpersonal Skills * Ability to work effectively both independently and within a small team * Strong collaboration skills with Government personnel, military members, and large prime contractors (e.g., Boeing) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and documentation management abilities * Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program environment * Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Adaptability to changing program requirements and evolving technical data processes * Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills * Ability to build productive relationships across geographically dispersed teams Additional Information Location: Tinker AFB, OK Travel: 10% Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: Onsite #LI-RBR1 Company Overview Odyssey is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
