We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our growing team at Orvix Engineering. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in our internal systems, databases, and tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently. As part of our operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day business activities by ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into the companys internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring the information is complete and error-free.
  • Data Verification: Cross-check data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies, and making necessary corrections.
  • Document Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring they are easy to retrieve and comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Reporting: Assist with the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports by compiling data from various sources and presenting it in an organized and understandable format.
  • Data Maintenance: Regularly update and clean data to ensure the integrity of information, removing outdated or inaccurate records when necessary.
  • Data Integration: Support the integration of data from different systems and sources, ensuring smooth transitions and data consistency across platforms.
  • Database Management: Work with the Data Manager to monitor and maintain the integrity of various databases, ensuring they are functioning effectively.

Qualifications:
