Job description

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Technical Data Specialist based in New Iberia or Houston. You'll you will support the rental fleet product data management requirements through document control management, data entry, issuance and tracking of technical bulletins/retrofits, and certification/registration renewals throughout the lifecycle of the product.

What you'll do as Technical Data Specialist:
  • Develop and maintain product documentation for equipment files through Enovia, M3, Salesforce and other Aggreko software and programs as required.
  • Input data information, including upgrades, refurbs, and serialized component replacements.
  • Accurately record and utilize useful data to assist the Asset management team.
  • Track equipment data sheets to make sure all the information is complete and up to date.
  • Gather and research technical information for use in documentation activities.
  • Release and communicate retrofit programs Maintain service and part manuals for business reference.
  • Address Equipment Feedback Forms to ensure accurate updates are visible in Aggreko systems.
  • Attach relevant certification documents to units as required.
  • Monitor and process registrations renewals, particularly TT&L for trailer fleet.
  • Manage end of life processes related to product data.

You are:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a technical or engineering environment
  • PC literacy in a Microsoft and/or ERP environment, particularly spreadsheets and database
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to organize and prioritize a varied workload and capable of working on own initiative for extended unsupervised periods
  • Ability to travel (day and overnight trips)
