We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Data Product Owner - Remote to join our team in Plano, Texas, United States.

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Sr. Technical Data Product Owner to lead the requirements, design, testing, and delivery of data-driven solutions. As a key member of our Global Data Engineering and Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will translate business needs into actionable technical outcomes, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data, analytics, and BI, paired with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
  • Create detailed source-to-target mappings for data integration and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop mock-ups, prototypes, and conceptual designs to visualize proposed solutions.
  • Validate and verify developed solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Facilitate solution hand-off to business users, including training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet project priorities, performance expectations, and organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, engagement, and solution quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on data, BI, and Data Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • 5–7 years of experience creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data integration projects.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, process improvements, and value-add initiatives.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that improve data accessibility and adoption.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to quickly address solution design issues and ensure quality and performance.
  • Strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments and disciplines.
  • Experience ensuring solutions are accurate, visually consistent, and thoroughly tested.
  • 5–7 years of experience working within Agile methodologies and using project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL concepts, and modern data engineering practices.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Pay Transparency

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $87,120-$151,250. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
