Job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Content Manager to support a large-scale digital content initiative focused on SEO optimization, AI search readiness, and digital experience enhancements for 2026 priorities.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital content management, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and web content strategy who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, organized, and passionate about creating accurate, user-focused digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain digital content across web platforms to support SEO and AI search optimization initiatives
Inventory and organize website pages and content requiring updates
Update and maintain pages, assets, and content fragments within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing teams to align content strategies and integrate marketing initiatives
Ensure content follows brand voice, editorial standards, accessibility requirements, and compliance guidelines
Maintain website architecture, taxonomy, tagging strategies, and content organization standards
Review and validate content updates for accuracy, functionality, and consistency
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to approve and publish content updates
Produce and optimize content for digital-first experiences across web, mobile, and social channels
Monitor and maintain content databases while prioritizing projects and deadlines effectively
Participate in cross-functional digital marketing initiatives and ongoing website enhancements
Report progress, updates, and project status to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or web content operations
Strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience with AEM Digital Asset Manager required
Technical understanding of content management systems, HTML, and web publishing processes
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and digital content optimization
Experience maintaining taxonomy, tagging structures, and site architecture
Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and content validation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a changing environment
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional team settings
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and culturally inclusive digital content practices
Experience working within legal, compliance, or regulated content environments preferred
