Provides administrative assistance to deliver customer requests and execute deliverables.Supports leadership by gathering, monitoring, analyzing and organizing information on current and emerging science and technology as well as financial and contractual data.

  • Supports technical staff by gathering, monitoring, analyzing and organizing member information.

  • Support technical teams in their deliverable publication process.

  • Support technical staff to ensure research results and associated materials are stored in centralized content management system.

  • Works with program members to help access program capabilities, evaluate the value of their membership and resolve member-related concerns and questions.

  • Manage the planning, preparation and organization of technical conferences and workshops.

  • Supports the technical staff in the purchase of goods and services.

  • Provide support in preparation of technical presentations and other materials for advisory meetings, external publications, conferences and workshops.

Education:

  • AA degree in a scientific field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role.

  • A general understanding of the project management process.

  • Capability to handle word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation graphics, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrates strong ability to identify, analyze, and negotiate and problem solve.

  • Capability of performing multiple and complex tasks with limited direction, while having the judgment to know when to ask for directions.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 USD to $65,000 USD annually.This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.This role is eligible to participate in EPRI's annual incentive program.
