Overview

The Technical Consultant will work closely with internal and external teams to implement Technical aspects of our solutions, particularly where our solutions are integrated with partner systems such as HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). In addition to defining technical requirements, will perform in-depth business needs assessments, implement the solution, troubleshoot and offer support.

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) in one of our US office locations: Nashville, TN or Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Clients and System Integrators to ensure on-time delivery of Integrated Solutions
  • Serve as Technical resource for identifying issues and tracking path to closure
  • Work with Sr. Members of team to quickly identify and resolve potential roadblocks
  • Collaborate with Partners, Product Management and Development teams to efficiently onboard new customers
  • Partner with internal/external Project Management to meet deliverables
  • Perform technical discovery supporting Sales Engineers, Account Management and Sales Teams
  • Provide Consultation, Implementation, and Maintenance requests for New and Existing Customers
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required paired with industry experience
  • Minimum five years' experience in technical consulting or related positions
  • Demonstrated record of managing multiple complex technology-related projects to a successful conclusion
  • Experience with major applicant tracking systems (Workday, Oracle, etc.) a plus
  • Proficient understanding and working knowledge of Internet development technologies: SOAP, REST, SQL, etc.
  • Working and applied knowledge of XML structure, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of server and networking infrastructure
  • Solid understanding of Integrations and supporting technologies
  • Technical Project Management
