Job description

Job Summary:
Lightcast is a global leader in labor-market insights, and they are seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between client expectations and delivered value. This role focuses on supporting the successful implementation and adoption of Lightcast’s data solutions, working closely with Account Managers and Sales Engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Managers and pre-sale Sales Engineers to understand solution requirements and guide clients through the technical implementation of Lightcast APIs and Snowflake Data Shares. Support onboarding by configuring environments, validating data delivery, and troubleshooting integration challenges.
• Act as a trusted post-sale technical resource by resolving customer issues, clarifying REST API payloads, recommending best practices for Direct Data Shares, and helping clients maximize the value of Lightcast.
• Lead kickoff meetings, host ongoing technical discussions and working sessions, and ensure clients have a clear understanding and effective adoption of solutions.
• Partner with Account Managers to monitor client health, identify potential risks, and reinforce ROI to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in technical, analytical, consulting, customer success, or other client-facing roles (internships included).
• Foundational knowledge of APIs, SQL, and cloud data environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to navigate technical documentation and learn new tools quickly.
Preferred:
• Experience with programming languages such as Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with large language model (LLM) tools and interest in using AI to enhance prototyping, documentation, and workflows.
