The General Education Regional Coordinator will lead implementation of Early Learning Collaboratives in Northeast Mississippi for the Department of Education's Office of Early Childhood. The role manages day-to-day regional operations, supervises Early Childhood Coaches, and provides technical assistance and training to pre‑K teachers on developmentally appropriate practices and the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS).

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Education
  • Five years of supervisory experience including staff meetings, reporting, and travel coordination
  • Five years of classroom experience as an educator
  • Five years as a mentor or technical assistant
  • Three years of independent work experience without an on-site manager
