Much of your work will evolve around demonstrating our cybersecurity solutions, so a perfect combination of strong design skills, creativity and animations is a must.
You'll play a key role in producing marketing videos, educational explainers, product launches, and event content - from concept to final delivery. The ideal candidate is just as comfortable behind the camera as they are behind a screen, blending visual creativity with technical precision.
The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.
JOB SCOPE
  • Design and animate motion graphics, 2D/3D assets, and visual effects that align with brand and storytelling goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
  • Implement advanced animation techniques to visualize data, demonstrate technology, or enhance narrative flow.
  • Manage post-production workflows including color correction, audio mixing, compression, and versioning.
  • Edit videos for multiple formats (web, social, events, ads) using cinematic pacing, sound design, and brand consistency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest animation, AI video tools, and creative technologies to push our storytelling forward.
  • Capture b-roll, interviews, and on-location footage using professional camera and lighting equipment.
  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and social media.
  • Maintain a video and animation asset library for efficient reuse and brand continuity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics (agency or in-house).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro. Nice to have: experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Skilled in animation principles (timing, easing, compositing, kinetic typography).
  • Strong camera operation skills - framing, lighting, and composition knowledge required.
  • Experience editing in multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) and delivering optimized assets for various platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.
  • A strong storytelling mindset and an eye for visual design, pacing, and sound.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI video tools, 3D modeling, AR/VR, or interactive video content, and Figma. Experience animating for a SaaS company is a plus.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
  • You deliver cinematic, story-driven videos that capture attention and communicate complex messages clearly.
  • Your animation and motion design elevate brand storytelling and drive audience engagement.
  • You're proactive, collaborative, and bring creative ideas that enhance every project you touch.
