We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Project Manager to serve as a vital link between our senior leadership, product owners, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for the health and velocity of our delivery pipelines, ensuring that complex technical initiatives stay on track while navigating cross-team dependencies and organizational standards.

- Delivery Excellence: Proactively identify and remove blockers to drive delivery forward. You will focus your efforts on teams requiring extra assistance and manage intricate cross-team dependencies.
- Technical Governance: Collaborate with architecture and technical leads to ensure product solutions align with established standards and guidelines. You will facilitate the review of critical systems and significant changes through the appropriate governance processes and communicate any alignment decisions.
- Action-Oriented Organization: Manage large volumes of technical information and maintain rigorous follow-up on action items to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of dedicated project management experience, preferably within a high-growth technical environment.
- Technical Literacy: A strong ability to follow, understand, and contribute to technical and architectural discussions.
- Influence & Leadership: Proven soft skills in leading and influencing large, dispersed teams to achieve common goals.
- Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
