Job description

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Project Manager to serve as a vital link between our senior leadership, product owners, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for the health and velocity of our delivery pipelines, ensuring that complex technical initiatives stay on track while navigating cross-team dependencies and organizational standards.
The ideal candidate possesses the technical depth to follow complex architectural discussions and the leadership presence to influence large, dispersed teams without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Reporting: Partner with senior leaders and product owners to provide visibility into project status. You will identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans, ensuring reports are prepared for high-level organizational roll-ups.
- Delivery Excellence: Proactively identify and remove blockers to drive delivery forward. You will focus your efforts on teams requiring extra assistance and manage intricate cross-team dependencies.
- Technical Governance: Collaborate with architecture and technical leads to ensure product solutions align with established standards and guidelines. You will facilitate the review of critical systems and significant changes through the appropriate governance processes and communicate any alignment decisions.
- Action-Oriented Organization: Manage large volumes of technical information and maintain rigorous follow-up on action items to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Qualifications
