Job description

The Technical Account Manager owns the post-sale technical relationship for a assigned book of business to ensure the Axonius platform is integrated into the customer's security program. The mission of this role is to guide customers through deployment, configuration, and platform design while translating complex technical findings into actionable insights. You will deliver hands-on technical consultation and strategic guidance to help clients automate security workflows and measure platform return on investment.
Responsibilities:
  • Own post-sale technical relationships to guide customers in building solutions for cloud discovery, EDR correlation, and vulnerability data integration.
  • Execute technical reviews and document platform business impact, feature requests, and adoption blockers to align development with customer value.
  • Train customers on product usage, Advanced Query Wizard logic, and building automated workflows such as ticketing for high-risk assets.
  • Monitor implementation risk factors, track shifts in customer leadership, and execute remediation plans to resolve deployment hurdles.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Two to six years of customer-facing or technical delivery experience within the cybersecurity technology sector.
  • Proven proficiency in correlating data across disparate security silos including Endpoint, Network, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Technical literacy working with REST APIs, JSON structures, internet protocols, and data structures including CSV and SQL.
  • Experience navigating customer organizational structures to independently resolve technical implementation blockers and feature requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep technical understanding of Axonius platform architecture, data models, and automated enforcement capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex technical features into documented business outcomes and ROI metrics for director-level personas.
  • Proven ability to architect automated asset discovery and data correlation workflows within a cybersecurity platform.
