Help Desk / IT Support Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an IT Support professional to provide a combination of Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. This role is primarily focused on resolving end-user issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting a variety of hardware, software, and access-related requests. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a desire to continuously learn and grow within an IT organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second-level technical support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve password, account access, and permission-related issues.
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, network-connected devices, and other workplace technology.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.
  • Assist with small-scale IT projects and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to ensure effective support delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and stay current with new technologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide on-site technical support across a wide range of IT needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience providing desktop and end-user technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Experience supporting user accounts, permissions, and access management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
